ISO 27001 & ISO 27701
The ISO/IEC 27001 standard is an internationally recognized standard in the field of information security, and its objective is to implement an Information Security Management System (ISMS).
It guarantees the proper management of systems to ensure the security of information at both the organizational and technical levels.
The ISO/IEC 27701 standard, published in 2019, completes the ISMS with the implementation of a Privacy Management System (PIMS) integrating requirements concerning the protection of Personal Data.

Why these certifications?
The overall objective of Eloquant’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) is to preserve the availability, confidentiality, and integrity of the information covered by the application domain.
Management has decided to certify all solutions provided by Eloquant in a SaaS environment to ensure that this objective is met in a continuous improvement process.
In order to integrate the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Management has decided to extend its management system to the ISO/IEC 27701: 2019 standard.

How were we certified?
Eloquant used an accredited certification body to validate the ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 certification as early as 2015.
Each year, AFNOR conducts an audit to confirm the proper functioning of the system and compliance with the requirements of the standard.
In 2022, Eloquant completed its ISO 27001 certification with the implementation of an ISO 27701 certified privacy management system (PIMS).
Eloquant is therefore among the first software publishers to be ISO 27701 certified, the only certification that guarantees that the requirements of the RGPD are taken into account.
