1. Legal basis for processing
The processing of personal data is implemented in accordance with the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (RGPD) of April 27, 2016, which came into force on May 25, 2018, and the amended Act of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms.
The Publisher has a legitimate interest in collecting personal data in order to carry out canvassing and commercial follow-up operations with Users who have given their consent via a contact form.
2. Commitments of the Publisher
The Publisher undertakes to comply with the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (RGPD) of April 27, 2016, which came into force on May 25, 2018, and the amended Act of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms.

4. Modification of the Privacy Policy
