In addition to its ISO 27001-certified information security management system, Eloquant has chosen to embark on an ISO 27701 certification process with AFNOR in order to guarantee compliance with the European principles of the RGPD and the protection of the personal data entrusted to it.
What is ISO 27701?
ISO27701, released in 2019, complements an ISO 27001-certified system with the implementation of a Privacy Protection Management System (PIMS) that incorporates requirements concerning the protection of Personal Data. It is currently the only standard based on the guiding principles of the General Data Protection Standard (GDPR).
