  • Automatic contact synchronization: Eloquant’s contact center directory and Zendesk CRM contacts are automatically synchronized, ensuring up-to-date and easily accessible information.
  • Rising plug : When a call is made, the caller’s CRM record is automatically displayed to the agent. Customer information from the Zendesk CRM, as well as call details (number called, reason for call, etc.), appear on the screen. This allows the agent to see the call history and emails sent before starting the conversation, avoiding the need to ask for the customer code or the reason for the call. At the end of the call, the agent can add a comment that will be archived with the call history.
